We would like to inform you that our Patent and Trademark Office has established new official fees that will come into effect as of December 1st, 2023.

 

In general, the new fees range from 200% to 400% higher compared to the current ones. In this sense, for both new filings that are pending and for the continuation/renewal of ongoing processes, we recommend sending us instructions at least two days prior to that date in order to have enough time to proceed and avoid the increase.
